Getting started

How do I use Impulso?

Impulso is members only. After you sign up and complete a short setup, start your 14 day free trial to unlock the app. Connect Apple Health (or Android Health Connect) so your steps sync, hit your daily goal, climb the divisions, and enter step leagues for giveaways.

What does it cost?

Impulso is $9.99 per month after a 14 day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.

Membership, billing and cancelling

How do I cancel?

Your membership is billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel through the store:

If you cancel during the free trial you will not be charged. If you cancel after, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

I subscribed but the app still asks me to subscribe

It can take a few seconds for a new purchase to register. If it persists, open the membership screen and tap Restore purchases, or fully close and reopen the app. Make sure you are signed in to the same account you subscribed with.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested through them. For the App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use the Play Store order history. We are happy to help if you have any trouble.

Leagues and giveaways

How do leagues work?

A league is a skill based competition ranked purely by the number of steps you walk during the league window. When a league opens you get a short window to enter. After it starts, it is most steps wins, with giveaways for the top three in your division.

Where do the giveaways come from?

Giveaways are fixed amounts funded by Impulso, the operator. They are not pooled from members and there is no separate entry fee. Your membership simply gives you access to the app and its leagues. This is a skill based contest, not gambling.

How are winners decided?

Winners are the members with the most steps in the league window, on verified results. Giveaways are paid to the top three, split across first, second and third.

Does it work across more than one device?

Yes. Your step total always reflects your highest verified reading for the day, so signing in on another device will not lower your count.

Divisions, goals and streaks

How do divisions work?

Everyone starts in Bronze. Your division is set by your steps over a rolling 30 days, and it is sticky: once you reach Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond, you keep it. Higher divisions unlock bigger giveaway leagues.

What is my daily goal?

Your daily goal is the pace that keeps you on track for your next division. Hit it each day to keep your streak alive; rest day tokens cover the occasional day off.

Withdrawals and payments

How do I receive a giveaway?

Where cash giveaways are enabled, winnings are credited to your in app balance. To withdraw, you may need to verify your identity and add payout details through Stripe. Payouts are reviewed before release to protect against fraud.

Account and data

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and data and frees your email for future sign up. Some financial records may be retained where the law requires.

How is my data handled?

Your step data is read only and used only to run Impulso. We never sell it or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
