Start at the pace of your division, about 8,000 steps a day in Bronze, or choose any goal you have unlocked. Keep your streak alive, and rest day tokens cover the odd day off.
Everyone starts in Bronze. Stay active across a 30 day stretch to reach Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher divisions unlock bigger prize comps.

Your division is set by your steps over a rolling 30 days, and each promotion starts a fresh count, so every tier is earned on its own. It is sticky: once you reach a tier, you keep it. The pace shown is what it takes to get there.
There is always something running. Every comp is decided by your verified steps over its window. Most comps are free to enter. Prizes are fixed, announced before a comp opens, and funded by Impulso and our sponsors, never by entry fees.
